Cubik's Forms Builder is an advanced XML-based placeholder control, which stores the definition of a web form as an XML-serialised Dataset.
Authors create the form using a simple interface: simply enter the questions and the type of controls required for a response, including textbox, textarea, single and multiple checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons and even file attachments.
Any or all questions can be configured as mandatory, and regular expressions can be used to apply validation to text fields, e.g. to enforce a valid postcode, email address or telephone number.
Authors can even determine what to do with the response to a form: simply create an email, or create an XML document in a BizTalk workflow.
