Training
Your set-up fee covers a training session for your content authors to ensure they are at ease with creating pages on your site.
A basic familiarity with use of the web and tools such as MS-Office are all that you need to be confident that you will be able to maintain your new website. Within the OneStopCMS set-up fee, we provide a single training session. This is provided remotely via Microsoft's LiveMeeting, a technology which enables our trainer and those being trained to share the desktop of a single PC so that everyone has a shared training experience. On-site training is available as an extra-cost option. Training covers all essential disciplines, including: - Defining your site structure;
- Adding images and other resources to the database;
- Creating web pages;
- Including images;
- Inserting links;
- Creating tables;
If you have any queries post-training, these will be addressed by Cubik's Help Desk. When training is complete and you have created and/or reviewed your content, you are approaching the point of website go live. It is reassuring to know that Cubik's Help Desk is available to assist you with any queries that arise subsequent to site launch. |
