Support and Maintenance
Your annual right-to-use fee includes upgrades of all software, nightly backups and ten support incidents per year.
Cubik places a strong emphasis on the quality of its post-implementation services; we value long-term relationships with our clients and recognise the importance of delivering a consistently high standard of service in order to maintain those relationships. As a OneStopCMS customer, your annual right-to-use fee includes: - Website Hosting;
- Continued upgrades and maintenance of hardware;
- Continued upgrades and maintenance of Microsoft software;
- Continued upgrades in OneStopCMS functionality;
- Nightly backup of all content.
Customers also benefit from access to Cubik's Help Desk, which gives customers: - Unlimited reporting and resolution of software bugs;
- Up to ten non-bug related support incidents per year;
- Ability to log calls by telephone between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
- Ability to log calls via email or fax outside of normal working hours.
- Allocation of a unique call reference number to every call.
- Response from a suitably qualified technical consultant within four working hours of the logging of the call.
