Changes to your Support Case Summary

Last updated: 09 May 2012, 15:55

If you look at your site's Support Case Summary this morning, you will notice some changes. It is now a lot easier to see at a glance the status of all your cases. The major changes are:

  1. Colour coding of cases so that you can see what state each case is in, and lets you see quickly which ones we're waiting for your response to.
  2. A new 'scheduled w/c' column which lets you see at a glance the week during which each case will be worked on.
  3. The list is ordered by the date that the cases were last modified by us so that cases that are being worked on always appear at the top.
  4. Closed cases are now on their own tab, and we show you the last 100 closed cases rather than just cases closed in the last two months.
  5. Case details - you can click a case number to see full details of the case, including a full history of the notes added to the case during its life. (Please note that full history only goes back to 18 March 2011)

Details of the Support Case Summary can be found on our Help article: The Support Case Summary.
