You can sign up to receive email update announcements of scheduled updates, or when there is a period of unplanned downtime.

If you would like to receive an email when we have a service update to announce, please give us your details using the form below. There are two types of update that you can opt in to:

Service announcements: if the Cubik servers are experiencing problems, or are experiencing unplanned downtime, we will email you to let you know. We will include details of action being taken, and an estimated schedule for resolution.
Upgrade announcements: when we have a major release planned, we will notify you in advance, giving notice of the time of the upgrade, any expected service downtime, and an estimate of when the upgrade will be complete. We will duplicate this information using the standard Cubik Announcements feature.
