  1. When viewing the site in edit mode you will need to select Create New Page - 'Create New Page'.
  2. This will bring up the template gallery - from here we select 'E-Cards' and then 'E-Card'. On some sites the E-Card feature may not be activated but don't worry, just contact us on support@cubik.co.uk and we will switch the feature on free of charge.
  3. This action will bring up a text editor titled 'Upper Text'. This is where you introduce your E-Card and ask your site visitors to fill in their details.

  4. Having introduced your E-Card it is now time to set it up. You will be presented with the following table. E-Card Settings
E-card Resource Gallery This is the gallery from which the visitor can select their E-Card images. This gallery will need to have been setup beforehand.
Include child resource galleries If you wish to categorise your E-Cards, for example into Trees, Animals, Landscapes etc, you will need to create each of these as a separate child of the parent resource gallery. Once this is complete you can tick this box.
Email Subject The subject of the email that will be received by the E-Card's recipient.
Email text The text of the email that will be received by the E-Card's recipient. You will see from the default value in this field that you can use '{sender-name}' and '{recipient-name}' to add the names that have been entered into the form on the E-Card page. If you edit this value, please ensure that you do not remove '{card-url}' as this will insert the url that needs to be clicked to view the E-Card.
  5. Having established the E-Cards settings you are then given the option to fill in any information you would like displayed below the form on the E-Card page.Lower Text
  6. The final input required is the text that is displayed after the site visitor has sent their E-Card. You may wish to include a link of some description within this text, in order to direct visitors to a specific section of the site.
