Introduction to FAQs

In order to answer 'FAQs' on your website you will need to create two pages, one, a 'Browse Page', giving an overview of all FAQs and another, a 'Detail Page', answering each question individually.
FAQ Browse PageThe FAQ 'Browse Page' enables site visitors to view all FAQs on your website. Below each is a brief answer with the option to link through to a more detailed response.
FAQ Detail PageHaving created the FAQ 'Browse Page' you are now ready to add the 'Detail Pages'. These pages provide both the detailed FAQ responses, and the over responses seen on the 'Browse Page'.
