Training can be tailored to your needs with post-training support available via the Cubik Help Desk and online.
Remote, on-site or off-site
If you're using the standard features of Cubik as a service, we'll typically provide a half-day online training session to get you started. You'll be fully supported by our Help Desk staff and can access the help area of our website with its easy-to-follow "how to..." guides at any time.
If you're using the more complex features of the Cubik CMS or if we're deploying Cubik as a product on your server hardware, face-to-face training will be more appropriate. We can tailor courses to different user roles and training can be delivered at your premises or at ours. As with remote training, ongoing support will be available via the Help Desk and our website.
