You've gone live, but how do you get the best out of the Cubik solution? The Help Desk is there not just to address problems, but also to support you in realising the full potential of your website.

Cubik as a service

When we deliver Cubik as a service, we charge an annual right-to-use fee for which we provide:

  • Website hosting.
  • Monitoring of the hosting platform on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
  • Provision of the licences for the content management system, database, search engine and operating system.
  • Implementation of ongoing enhancements to the content management solution as Cubik develops these.
  • Help Desk support in business hours to address any identified problems with the Cubik service and to offer support in the use of the Cubik CMS tools.

Cubik as a product

When we implement Cubik as a product, we offer a support contract that:

  • Gives you access to the Help Desk in business hours for the reporting of any identified problems with the Cubik CMS and support in the use of the Cubik CMS tools.
  • Provides regular updates to the software as new features and functions are added to the core package.
