  I have the privilege of heading up Cubik and the pleasure of having seen the business David, Glen and I started in March 2004, grow into a successful, dynamic enterprise. As well as my responsibilities for strategic direction and general business management, I also look after Cubik’s financial affairs.
• I am aided in several aspects of my work by my personal assistant, Julie, and we are both available to take your calls at any time.

  I work with Graham so, I have many areas of responsibility at Cubik! However, my main duties are: credit control, invoicing, dealing with suppliers and all health and safety related matters.

Our creative team

We are used to helping you find your ideal website design, from initial ideas through to detailed design and finally to implementation. We will listen to everything you say and we'll guide you at every step of your website's design and implementation process.

  I manage the Creative Team at Cubik and I am responsible for guiding your website project from inception through to final delivery. I am here to make sure that your project runs smoothly and on time, and I am always ready to talk to you if you give me a call.

  As part of the creative team I am here to help you achieve a website that is beautifully designed, and which functions perfectly for you and your audience.
• Jayne
  I will work with you throughout the creative process, listening to your needs and requirements, to ensure we deliver a visually creative, usable and accessible website for your organisation.
• Matt
  It is my job to take a completed website design and turn it into a fully-functioning website ready for you to add your content to. I'm always here to help you during the implementation phase of your new Cubik website.
• Mel
  As Cubik's lead designer, it is my job to learn about you and what you want and then turn your ideas into a beautiful website design that really shows you off at your best.
• Steve
  From questions about website structure and effective "calls to action" to the development of engaging graphical design, I'm here to make sure that Cubik delivers the best website for your needs.

Our delivery team

We are a dedicated and experienced team of software developers who can turn any idea into reality. We've taken the Cubik software so far, and are continually working on making the software that runs your website better and better.

  Acting Technical Director
  I look after what Cubik does today and what it needs to do tomorrow, matching the talent in our team to the challenges set by our customers. I also help make Cubik do new things, like talking to membership and CRM systems, enabling our clients to engage better with theirs.
• Carrie
  As Cubik’s Delivery Manager, it is my responsibility to ensure that everything runs smoothly during your project. I help to ensure that your work gets delivered on time, and that you’re thrilled with what we deliver, first time.
• Chris
  I'm the lead developer for Cubik; responsible for ensuring that we architect and build a robust and extensible solution that will meet the needs of our clients today and grow with them as the web evolves.
• Peter
  I'm responsible for adding exciting new features to the Cubik platform. I'll guide you through the development of any bespoke features you need to make your Cubik website best meet the needs of your clients.
• Simon
  I'm here to extend Cubik's capabilities, adding functionality for the benefit of our clients in general, undertaking bespoke developments to meet specific needs and supporting the functional development of your website.

Our helpdesk team

Once your new website goes live, we are responsible for helping you get the best out of your Cubik solution. We're here to answer your questions and to give you advice on how you can achieve what you want from your website. Should anything go wrong with your site, we're here to put it right.

  If you need assistance with your Cubik website, I'm here to help. I'm your first point of call with responsibility for creating your support cases and assigning them to the appropriate people, as well as handling cases myself.
• Natalie
  I am your first point of contact if you would like to talk to Cubik about any aspect of your website. I will call you from time to time to talk about your website and to see if there is anything we can do to make managing your site easier.
• Louise
  I am the person who will carry out your remote training session and if you get stuck while editing your website, I’ll be here to help you. If you report a problem with your website, your case may be assigned to me to fix it for you.
• Steven
  As the Helpdesk's front-end web developer, it is my job to make sure that your site looks its absolute best. I will help you if you have an issue with your site's look and feel and I will resolve any issues that you may have with your site's design.

Our sales team

We understand that choosing a new supplier to help you take your web presence to a new level can be a daunting process. We're here to answer your questions and to make sure you get what you want, first time.
